/ Swimming dog ramp?

I can see the dog ramps for above ground pool and I think the ramp Skampr is a strong possibility. Do not want to spend $ No 200-300. I think this works on track, but I try to find some suggestsions (better than mine) to avoid any damage to my shirt. I'll take a few pieces of tape Gorilla tape or on the same track, but I want to find something to strengthen the folder where there is contact between the two. The only thing I found is having to drain the pool enough to dry the vinyl siding to set a pole (as the bottom of a staircase) with tape. Does anyone know of a product or a way to connect the carpet inside the wet wall to prevent drain the pool?
