My legs of dogs lose their normal dark color, is this normal?

Hi I have a Westie. I noticed that one of his legs lost their color normal black, almost looks like fading. Also, the tab turns pink. Failure to act differently, allowing me to play, etc so I do not think it hurts, he will know when he does not feel well in the past for his behavior. Anyone know if this is normal? Thank you.

my dog pads do all the time, from pink to dark pink. Now same are in the process of transformation of pink. My vet told me not Do not worry if your pain, and seems to have trouble walking.
