My dog is too hyper! Either way to calm down a bit?

Well about a month, so girl of 4 puppies. She is half Chihuahua and a half. It's a bit MONSTERRRRR! She is very cute and tiny and adorable, but she is in everything and nothing. She gets all my shoes and come and go with them, pajama pants and biting while I'm using, biting the feet, hands, face and anywhere you can get a hold of. Is there a certain age, when you stop being hyper, as tips and advice that is quieter idk! Help please please !!!!!!
