What size clothes does your baby wear and how big are they?

I need to get the babies some winter clothes soon and i have no idea what size to get so i need some comparisons.. Thanks ...
Nope i cant see into the future Southern belled and see what size they are going to wear in 4 months....why be condescending over a simple question? I know what size they wear i wanted comparisons not attitude....Thanks!

My daughter will be 2 next month. She is in 18 month tops and just starting to get to tall for the 18 month pants but thy are still to big around the waist. She weighs 24 lbs 9 oz and I'm not sure how tall she is.

My son is almost 13 weeks. Last time he was weighed was a month ago and he weigh 14 lbs 9 oz. I'm sure he's put on a couple pounds since then. In carters he's 6 months and in other stuff hes 3-6. For winter clothes he's probably gonna need 6-9. He's getting big fast!
