Can I dual link 2 9800 GT graphics cards in two different Pci Express slots?
I currently have 1 9800 GT graphics card and it is taking up my only Pci express x16 slot. If I bought another graphics card and put it in my Pci express 1.0 slot will I be able to dual link them in SLI mode?
Do you mean PCI-Express 1.0 or do you mean PCI-Express x1? Because if it's x1, it will be physically too small for a graphics cards, as well as not fast enough.
Also you will need to make sure your motherboard has an Nvidea SLI chipset to get SLI, and you will need the SLI bridge that came with the motherboard.
